Have you looked in the mirror lately and feel like you need to get a little more disciplined with your workouts and eating habits? Well this is a health and fitness challenge you will love. It’s easy to follow, it’s motivating, and will get you results. Join me Gabby Reece for just 14 days to Tone Up, Slim Down, and Feel Great!

I am providing a 2 week challenge to help you tone your muscles, lose some unwanted weight, and get you feeling good inside and out. Even I need to regroup and challenge myself to stick to the best possible choices that will make me feel and look great. Join me!

With just a few nutrition changes, 30-40 minutes of exercise a day and simple lifestyle changes you will Tone Up, Slim Down, and Feel great! Your challenge is going to involve cutting out a lot of common eating vices so mentally prepare now if you smoke, drink, work too much, drink soda, play video games. You’ll be asked to explore new foods, new workouts, and new attitudes. The challenge is 2 weeks, just enough time to successfully change for the better. Are you in?

FITNESS CHALLENGES

The workouts I’ll show you are a minimum of 30 minutes up to 90 minutes.  Your main challenge is to complete the strength training workouts on these days and try to squeeze in the small cardio part. On your cardio days just focus on this and make sure you stretch.

The workouts for this challenge are for in shape people looking to vamp up their fitness! They are challenging both mentally and physically. It would be beneficial to have someone join you.

Watch the videos and practice along with each demo. Print out or write down the exercises and do on your own when you have 45+ minutes.

Get in a good warm-up before each workout and hydrate.

NUTRITION CHALLENGES

Hamburger and Fries -> Bunless Turkey Burger
Chicken Quesadilla -> Chicken Wrap
Meatloaf and Potatoes -> Turkey Meatloaf and a salad
Bacon, Eggs, and Pancakes -> Egg Whites, Sprouted Toast, Fruit
Ice Cream -> Sliced nectarines, boysenberries, grapes with a dollop of whipped cream

Little to no exercise a day -> 30+ minutes a day of cardio and toning exercises
Little to no stretching a day -> 5 minutes a day

LIFESTYLE CHALLENGES

I’ll be sharing some of my personal tips that help my family work as a team and appreciate what we have. It’s all about balance and doing what is best for all including yourself.

A sense of accomplishment, a smile from a friend, a joke shared, teamwork, progress, bravery, invention, these are all free and could happen every day if you are open to them. We want you to start each day with a clear sense of your goals and have an open mind. If you are unprepared you spend the whole day trying to catch up to the next moment you don’t even know what moment you just came from. Be in the moment and roll into the next. Take one day at a time but build for the future.

    I have been doing the challange, but havent ckd in daily-so busy.Anyway the meals r good and I have alredy toned up.I notice more toxins r running thru system as I detox so am drinking more h2o and carrot juices-Why is there always a zit when changi da routine!HA…lol and thx Gabby!

    I tried the Organic Life Vitamins by Natural Vitality Sports. I really like them! I’ve heard liquids absorb better and I really feel the difference. The taste is what it is for a liquid multi but it’s palatable. I just added water or mixed in the smoothies.
