Gabby Reece’s Take Control of Your Health Challenge Day 8
ABOUT GLUTEN
*Surprisingly gluten is found in items you would never think of like non-adhesive envelopes and stamps. It is in cosmetics, mouthwash, lip balm, sunscreen lipstick and toothpaste. And it is even in play-dough.
*A wheat allergy is an instant or histamine response with an onset similar to hay fever, stuffy/runny nose, watery eyes, coughing, sneezing. Or can even manifest as hives. These reactions that indicate the allergy do not mean the person is also gluten intolerant. Gluten intolerance is not an allergy, but precisely what it says – intolerance to gluten. The body is incapable of processing gluten properly and the experience is uncomfortable to say the least. But consuming gluten isn’t likely to cause permanent damage, unless the disorder is beyond simple intolerance.
*Celiac disease is an entirely different subject. It is an autoimmune system disease, where the body’s own immune system attacks the cells, tissue and organs it is supposed to protect. Gluten triggers this response and the attack can cause damage to the small intestine, malnutrition, cause children to have stunted growth and many other serious problems. Following a strict gluten-free diet can alleviate these issues for these three categories.

FITNESS
Do a CARDIO WorkoutToday’s train 360 cardio workout has you either climb stairs on a machine or on an actual stair case. One of my favorite stair workouts is at the beach. One day I noticed a long long set of stairs that didn’t have a lot of foot traffic. Stair climbing can be tough so go at your own pace.
A few sets may be all you need. Set your timer and try to do at least 15 minutes worth. If you are a beginner you may just want to walk them or if you are fit try to jog up or double step them!click here to choose a cardio workout
DAILY REQUIREMENTS Limit your caffeine and alcohol to one 8 oz cup per day
Take a 15+ minute walk
Get 7+ hours of sleep
