HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

Each day for 14 days you will be given a health challenge and a workout.

You will view a video message by Gabby and be provided workout information, an encouraging message, and recaps for 14 days.

DAILY REQUIREMENTS
Along with the 14 challenges we ask that you give up smoking, give up fried foods, and limit your caffeine and alcohol to one 8 oz cup a day.

Why limit your caffeine and alcohol? Alcohol ‘s a downer’ and caffeine ‘an upper’ can become addicting. We know how easy it is to get into bad habits. Our goal is to get you to feel like your body is balanced and don’t need or have the urge to ingest these.

Why avoid smoking and fried foods?
Smoking is dangerous to your health in so many ways. We know this is extremely addictive and you may not just be able to stop for this challenge. We encourage you to find help. It is imperative to your health. Fried foods are loaded with oil and can be very damaging to your body, not to mention to your weight. Enjoy foods grilled, baked, or steamed for the next 14 days.

Grab a friend, relative or co-worker to join you for the challenge. Good health is for everyone!
