Steak
Look for “loin” or “round” cuts, like tip sirloin, top round, ground round and tenderloin- they’re typically leanest.
Good: T-bone (318 calories, 22 grams of fat)
Better: Beef tenderloin (218 calories, 9 grams of fat)
Best: Top sirloin (207 calories, 7 grams of fat)
Burgers
Burgers can be healthy- just avoid highest calorie pairings like monster buns or extra cheese
Good: Ground turkey burger (266 calories, 15 grams of fat)
Better: Ground sirloin burger (244 calories, 12 grams of fat)
Best: Ground bison burger (202 calories, 10 grams of fat)
Fish
Fish is the best friend of any healthy diet- highest in nutrients low in saturated fat.

Chicken
Lean and packing a mean punch of protein, a clicker is a not-brainer to toss on the grill.

Best: Breast meat with no skin (186 calories, 4 grams of fat)
