Strengthen your immune system with this high citrus ginger blast! I make this at least once a week.
INGREDIENTS:
3 oranges
1 lemon
1 grapefruit
lots of ginger
1 cup ice
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Peel fruit and grate the ginger. Add ice to the bottom then throw in your fruit. Blend well using a blender or smoothie maker!
