This video provides information about setting up and leading a GabbyReece360 Group Circuit Workout. Group leader’s and participants should watch this video before they begin so everyone understands the dynamic of how to run and participate in a successful group workout.

EQUIPMENT
Digital Watch
Music – Playlist with 15+ Songs
Printed Workout for you to take from move to move
Make key comments next to each exercise
Get plenty of dumbbells and exercise balls
(you may need to have your group chip in or donate)
Arrive early to set up stations

GETTING STARTED
Line up the Group in a circle
Review the exercises that you and your group watched on line
Set up girls behind you (the leader)
Each girl follows the next so they do not need to memorize the exercises
For 1 Minute Rounds – yell switch at the 30 second mark – for those who have a two sided exercise
Give a 5 second count down at the end of each exercise
Hut – move to the next exercise (this should take no longer than 15 seconds)
Hut – again to begin the next exercise

TIPS
Group girls together beginner with experienced
Rotate instructors only if you feel it’s necessary
(consistency is key)
Ask if you can store equipment at your facility

GROUPS SCENARIOS
If you have 20 people – pair them up so there are 10 people at each station

Example 1 – their are 18 people in your group and their are 15 exercises that day
Exercise 1. YOU (your next exercise is #2 and so on)
Exercise 15. 1 Girl (her next exercise is #1 which follows you and so on!)
Exercise 14. 1 Girl
Exercise 13. 2 Girls
Exercise 12. 1 Girl
Exercise 11. 1 Girl
Exercise 10. 2 Girls
Exercise 9. 1 Girl
Exercise 8. 1 Girl
Exercise 7. 2 Girls
Exercise 6. 1 Girl
Exercise 5. 1 Girl
Exercise 4. 1 Girl
Exercise 3. 1 Girl
Exercise 2. 1 Girl

Example 2 - There are 6 girls in your group and there are 15 exercises that day

GOAL
Get in and get out! The goal is to get a great workout in that does not cost you any money or cost much time. You get to be around friends, meet new people, feel the energy from others, and motivate and inspire all in one workout. We all are busy busy that is why these group workouts are necessary. They cut down the time and make it possible for you to make fitness a consistent part of your life. Have fun!
