Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group-Tabata Style!!! This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other. Do this workout on your own or grab a few friends and lead the circuit with your own group.
Tabata Style! 4 Minutes per exercise. No rest in-between exercises.

Gabby, have been doing these workouts for a few weeks. They are kicking my butt but I feel great. Can you please get on tv a few times a week so I can do them real time with you? I know all of my friends would workout with you too! I appreciate you putting these up here though don’t get me wrong. – CB
