Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group!!! This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other.
Just 10 all body exercises for today’s workout but we are going for 4 minutes of each exercise. A few of the exercises have 2 different moves in the same set; just move to the next one after each 20 seconds.
Tabata Style Workout: 4 Minutes 20 seconds on 10 Seconds off.

9. Side Wall Kicks / Standing Leg Extension
10. MB Around the World / MB Around the World Left / MB Toss
11. Surfer’s Switch Stance / 3 Squats 2 jumps
