Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group-Tabata Style!!!  This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other.

12 Exercises
30 Second Intervals (6 Sets) about 4 Minutes each exercise.
Quickly switch to the next exercise with little rest.

Example 1:
30 Seconds Step Step Lunge – 10 seconds of rest / 30 Seconds Step Step Lunge – 10 seconds of rest /
30 Seconds Step Step Lunge – 10 seconds of rest / 30 Seconds Step Step Lunge – 10 seconds of rest /
30 Seconds Step Step Lunge – 10 seconds of rest / 30 Seconds Step Step Lunge – 10 seconds of rest /
= 4 Minutes

Dumbbells
Stability Ball
Medicine Ball
Water, Towel, Music

1. Step Step Lunge
2. Clean and Jerk
3. Wall Sits
4. DB Squats Bicep Curl
5. Jumping Jax
6. 1 DB Squats
7. DB Split Squat Bicep Curl Tricep Kickback (switch leg each 30 seconds)
8. SB Bridge Roll In (Hands Up)
9. Wide-Narrow Floor Bridges
10. MB Crunch Elbows to Knees
11. Shoulder Press DB Pop – Upright Row
12. KB or DB Lunges
