Tabata Style! 4 Minutes per exercise. No rest in-between exercises.

Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group-Tabata Style!!!  This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other. Do this workout on your own or grab a few friends and lead the circuit with your own group.

Example 1:
20 Seconds High Knees / Heel Touch – 10 seconds rest / 20 Seconds High Knees – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds High Knees / Heel Touch – 10 seconds rest / 20 Seconds High Knees – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds High Knees / Heel Touch – 10 seconds rest / 20 Seconds High Knees – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds High Knees / Heel Touch – 10 seconds rest / 20 Seconds High Knees – 10 seconds rest
= 4 Minutes

EQUIPMENT:
Dumbbells
Stability Ball
Medicine Ball
Water, Towel, Music

EXERCISES
1. High Knees / Heel Touch
2. DB Squat with a Step Back Lunge
3. 1 Leg DB Row to DB Kickback
4. Med Ball Around the World with a Mini Jump Halfway
5. On Knee Backbend / DB Lean Back (light weight)
6. Surfer Jump
7. DB Row in a Plank / Knee Dip In (stretch)
8. Band Squat Leg Curl / Band Squat with Kick
9. DB Bicep Curl Open and Close
10. On Hands and Toes Leg Lifts / Russian Twist
11. Side Leg Lift against the Wall
12. DB Clean and Jerk to squat
13. Body Weight Squats (Sit during 10 minute rest period)
