Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group!!! This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other.
Today this workout group of about 30 met on a very rainy day on Kauai (pouring)! It was the kind of day where you would think no one would show up because of the hassle of the weather conditions. But to my surprise class was pretty full and the energy was high!
Tabata Style Workout: 4 Minutes 20 seconds on 10 Seconds off.

3. KB Swing Step Back Lunge
4. Hand to Toe Crunches Alternate / Side Crunches Legs Straight
5. MB High Knee Run / MB Side Lunge Touches
6. Dips on a Chair with a Bridge
7. DB Squats
8. Plank Leg Lift (Alternate)
9. Push Up Knee to Elbow to Elbow
10. DB Row in a Lunge Right / DB Row in a Lunge Left / DB Bentover Row
