Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group-Tabata Style!!!  This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other. Do this workout on your own or grab a few friends and lead the circuit with your own group.

San Andres Workout
Tabata Style! 4 Minutes per exercise. No rest in-between exercises.

Example 1:
20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds Jumping Jax – 10 seconds rest
= 4 Minutes

EQUIPMENT:
Dumbbells
Stability Ball
Medicine Ball
Water, Towel, Music

EXERCISES
1. Jumping Jax
2. Push Up (Butt in the air on Toes)
3. Swimmers / Foundation Stretch
4. MB Russian Twist
5. Hamstring Leg Curl
6. Bridge on your Toes (db on tummy) / Feet Together
7. DB 1 Leg Dipping Bird
8. DB Squats to Bicep Curl – Shoulder Press
9. DB Straight Leg Dead Lift
10. DB Row in a Lunge
11. DB Step Back Lunge to a Knee Up with a Bicep Curl
12. Straight Leg Lunge to Leg Raise
13. Spiderman (Knee to elbow and then leg up)
14. DB Tricep Kickbacks
