Workout with Gabby and her Kauai Circuit Group-Tabata Style!!!  This group joins together 3 days a week to strengthen, tone, and motivate each other. Do this workout on your own or grab a few friends and lead the circuit with your own group.
Tabata Style! 4 Minutes per exercise. No rest in-between exercises.

Example 1:
20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest
20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest/ 20 Seconds 3 Squats 2 Jumps – 10 seconds rest
= 4 Minutes

EQUIPMENT:
Dumbbells
Stability Ball
Medicine Ball
Water, Towel, Music

EXERCISES
1. 3 Squats 2 Jumps
2. DB Shoulder Press in a Lunge
3. DB Row in a Squat
4. Plate Slide Lunge Back with DB’s
5. Dip with an SB Roll In
6. Wide Legged Sit Up
7. High Knee Running / Surfer Switch
8. DB Bicep Curl Shoulder Press
9. Wide Squat (Grab Feet) / Lunge Opposite Reach
10. Horizontal Side Stretch and Reach (leg on counter) / Leg Side Lifts (against a wall)
11. SB Mountain Climber / SB Plank
12. DB Gobblet Squat
13. DB Row (on chair)
14. DB Squat Bicep Curl

    I will be in Kauai next week and want to get my workout fix. Can you tell me when/where these classes are happening week of Feb 13th?

    After not doing tabata circuits for almost 2 months I went hard on this one. I feel great right now-shaky but proud of getting off my butt! We’ll see how sore I am tomorrow. Glad to be back!
