FAQ’S FOR GABBYREECE360 GROUPS!

1. Does it cost to join or start a group? Yes and no. Groups can be run without any costs to the leader or the members if people donate fitness equipment and pay for their own marketing materials like fliers to recruit more members. If your group leader needs to buy equipment for your group to effectively do the GabbyReece360 Group Circuit workouts then they may ask for a one-time fee of $20+. It’s totally up to your group how much you want to pitch in for activities you come up with.

2. How do I join a group? Since GabbyReece360 Groups have just begun there are no current groups to join in your neighborhood. That is why it’s up to you to start a group and get it going!

3. Do I have to be in really good shape? No. Even though GabbyReece360 Group Circuit workouts are tough they can be modified for all levels. For example the workload recommends 3 sets of 1 minute per exercise each set. Beginners might only aim to do 30 seconds per exercise and 1-2 sets. The group leader is not there to tell you what to do. The leader is there to provide a space where you can workout and facilitate a workout whatever level that may be.

4. What if I start a group and then change my mind? If you are successful and get a group going and something comes up, simply organize a meeting with your group and together choose a new group leader to take over the leader role.

5. Can roles change? Absolutely. The great thing about GabbyReece360 Groups is they are lead by YOU and your members. Decisions about how to run, manage etc is entirely up to you guys. If you want to rotate a leader each week and everyone is ok with that then go for it. We have found it’s more manageable if there is one consistent leader who has a checklist down of what needs to be done to run a successful group but it is your choice.

6. What if I can only commit to some of the workouts? You need to discuss this with your group. As long as the leader and the members know ahead of time it shouldn’t be a problem. If you have chosen or been delegated a role such as social coordinator and you are unable to coordinate events then tell your group and have them choose someone else.

7. What if I get injured during a workout? Your group leader should have a first aid kit if the facility where you are at does not; band aids, ice pack, etc. If you need medical attention immediately go to the nearest hospital.
